Inc. Magazine Honors Real Wealth Network on Annual List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies List for the 2nd Year in a Row.
NEW YORK, August 30, 2017 – Inc. Magazine today ranked Real Wealth Network number 2,087 on its 36th annual Inc. 5000 — the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.
The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment— its independent small businesses. Companies such as Microsoft, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees of the Inc. 5000.
Rich Fettke, Co-CEO of Real Wealth Network, gratefully stated, “Since 2003, our company has been focused on helping people simplify the process of buy and hold real estate investing. So we are honored to be recognized again for the growth we have experienced. We’ve helped over 33,000 members improve their financial intelligence and acquire cash flowing income properties — so they don’t have to work forever. Now our goal is to help over 50,000 people create real wealth by the year 2020!”
“The Inc. 5000 list stands out where it really counts,” says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief Eric Schurenberg. “It honors real achievement by a founder or a team of them. Of the tens of thousands of companies that have applied to the Inc. 5000 over the years, only a fraction have made the list more than once.”
Real Wealth Network is a California-based real estate investment club that helps its members build and secure their wealth through acquiring fully-renovated, cash flowing income properties located in the best emerging U.S. markets.
After years of seeing investors being mislead by other investment groups calling sub-par rental properties “turn-key”, Real Wealth Network is now the only company in the industry to have clear, written standards and a complete six sigma vetting process to offer only income properties that are fully renovated to like-new condition, appraised at or above market value, with licensed property management in place.
