We are primarily an education company. We identify markets that are worth investing in. We then go into those markets and identify property teams who adhere to our R.E.A.L. Income Property™ standards. These teams identify distressed properties, rehab them, and then offer to sell them to our members, with property management. Once our members feel they are ready (and qualified) to invest, we offer them a complimentary “strategy session” with one of our investment counselors. Our counselors do a great job listening and learning about each member’s unique situation and what their investment goals are. They then recommend a few different markets and connect the member with our property teams in those markets.
Welcome! As a new member to RWN we recommend you give our “Learn” tab a good look through. There you will be able to find all of your educational needs including popular topis under the “Learning Center” section. We also recommend that you tune in to our weekly webinar on Thursdays, 12pm-1pm PST. You can find those details under “Upcoming Webinars.” You can also watch any previously aired webinars. These two will definitely help as a newcomer to RWN: Basic of Real Estate Investing Get Your Questions Answered If you find yourself needing some help navigating around our website and making the most of it, this webinar would definitely be helpful. Kathy Fettke’s podcasts “The Real Wealth Show” and “Real Estate News for Investors” are also a great way to learn more about real estate investing and Real Wealth Network. Those can be found under the “Learn” tab as well. Finally, once you are ready to invest or have specific questions regarding our Best markets and your investment needs, we recommend you schedule a Strategy Session with one of our Investment Counselors- which can be done under the “Connect” tab.
Go to My Account – My Settings. Make any changes you’d like and then select the blue “Update My Profile” or “Change Password” button. Currently you cannot change your username on the My Account page. Please email us at email@example.com if you want to change your username.
The best way to schedule a Strategy Session would be to do so under the “Connect” tab. You will be asked to complete a 4-step “Intake” process in order to better help our Investment Counselors meet your needs as well as help you to understand our terms and agreements. All of our property teams go through a really strict qualification process. Out of courtesy to them, we want to make sure that we only send members to them who are also qualified and ready to invest.
The first step is to have a strategy session. You can get started with that here. Once you’ve had a strategy session, simply go to the Invest – Single Family Rental dropdown and then select the market you are interested in. Then select “Teams” or scroll towards the bottom of the page to view the property team’s contact info.
You can view “Sample” properties by navigating to the Invest – Single Family Rental dropdown and then select the market you are interested in – then either select “Properties” on that page or scroll to towards the bottom. The properties on this page are examples of our property teams’ recently sold properties in the various markets we focus on. Due to the fast-paced nature of real estate and the number of different property teams we work with, we are unable to post current property listings on our site. If you’d like to learn more about the current properties our property teams have to offer, we’d be happy to schedule an appointment for you with one of our investment counselors.

Our list of preferred lenders and other referrals are under the “Resources” tab from the main menu. You will need to sign a disclaimer to view the Resources, but once you do, you can view all of their contact information.
Real Wealth Network actually doesn’t sell or list properties to sell to our members directly. We have affiliates in our Best Markets who do that. You would need to become an affiliate with RWN in order to sell to our members.
Real Wealth Network offers its members a referral–based service for purchasing cash-flowing investment property located throughout the United States. The referral fee is a predefined number based on the market, it varies per market. Our agreement is with the property teams and market that we work with, you do not pay a dime. Just like a real estate agent makes a referral fee, so do we.
