Non-circumvent Agreement I hereby acknowledge and agree that the information (“Information”) furnished to me in connection with the Real Wealth Network will be accepted and treated as strictly confidential. I also acknowledge that any unauthorized disclosure of this information to a third party could cause irreparable harm to the Real Wealth Network and could jeopardize Real Wealth Network’s current position. I agree to get written authorization from Real Wealth Network prior to disclosing or discussing this Information with any other person other than my spouse. If authorized to disclose or discuss any of this Information with a third party, I will first ensure that the third party also signs this confidentially agreement and faxes it back to the contact person below. It is further agreed that neither I/we, nor any officer, stock-holder, employee, agent or assign associated with my/our organization will circumvent Real Wealth Network regarding the Businesses, Real Estate or Client(s) named hereon without the prior written consent of Real Wealth Network. I/we also agree to protect Real Wealth Network’s right to a marketing fee or finder’s fee, and should a court action be initiated regarding my/our circumventing the Real Wealth Network’s equitable rights to such, the undersigned agrees to pay all reasonable court costs and attorneys fees associated. Executed facsimile copies of this agreement and confidentiality agreements executed with third parties as referred to herein shall be deemed binding for all purposes.
