Announcing Phase II of the Alameda Project: The Chipman Site (08-30-2011)

If you missed out on the Alameda Terminal project, you may be interested in learning about Phase II. The Chipman Building is located right next to the Terminal site and is currently being used as a warehouse. It is zoned for single family residences and backs up to a residential community. The city is eager to move forward on it's plans to redevelop the industrial area into public parks and residential neighborhoods. Find out how you can get involved.
